Quality Control Procedures for Steel File Cabinets
High-quality steel filing cabinets cannot be produced without rigorous full-process quality control. During our production process, we incorporate quality inspections throughout the entire production process. Through standardization and step-by-step testing, we ensure that each cabinet delivered to you is structurally stable and has excellent craftsmanship, capable of being used both for office and household purposes for long-term use.
Firstly, there is the inspection of raw materials. Before mass production, we will conduct random inspections on the steel plates used for the filing cabinets to verify their thickness, surface flatness, and material stability. This prevents substandard raw materials from entering our production process from the very beginning.

Secondly, there is the size inspection. After these plates are laser-cut and precisely bent, we use professional calipers combined with some of our tooling fixtures to conduct size inspections to ensure that all components are strictly adhering to the standard drawings and that the errors are controllable.

Thirdly, there is the welding inspection. When inspecting the cabinet frame and connection weld seams, we will check for voids, cracks, and gaps to ensure that our welding is solid, so that the entire structure will not deform and will be very stable.
Fourthly, there is the coating inspection. Before powder coating, we thoroughly clean the surface of the workpiece, then conduct powder coating. After that, we will test the adhesion and use color cards for comparison to ensure that the plastic layer sprayed on it is consistent and without any problems, and it is also rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
Fifthly, there is a functional test. After the finished product is assembled, we will repeatedly inspect the drawer's pulling and pushing, as well as the opening and closing of the lock to ensure that they are very smooth, stable, safe, and secure.
Finally, there is the final inspection of the entire product. We will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the cabinet's appearance, assembly gaps, and closing tightness to make the final confirmation. Any defective products will be reworked and re-inspected before final packaging and leaving the factory.
